This letter is to notify the termination of the Management Agreement for the above Property/Properties. I/We appoint GDC Properties as the Property Agent to manage the above properties. Please hand over the following items/documents to GDC Property Manager as listed below.

  • All keys, access items and alarm code
  • Copy of tenancy agreement and history of tenants
  • Copy of Application form and credit checks for each approved tenant
  • Copy of MBIE bond
  • Copy of the MBIE change of landlord form
  • Copy of Property handover reports with inventories
  • Copy of body corporate documentation(if applicable)
  • Copy of financial records to date
  • Details of outstanding maintenance issues
  • Copy of last inspection report
  • Copy of insurance policies
  • Copy of any notices or pending tribunal documents
  • Any other documentation that GDC Properties must be aware of

  • By submitting this form I/We authorise the above actions to take place on my/our behalf.
